On Sunday, May 15, 2010 will @ 7:30 pm @ the Highline Ballroom in New York's world-famous musician Marcus Miller an all star concert for tsunami relief Japan Guide. Miller focused his philanthropic and creative energies in mounting an amazing concert to offer financial relief and to support on the ground destroyed by the recent tsunami tragedy. "Marcus Miller presents: a concert for Japanese tsunami relief" have performances by innovative artists from around the world and the musical spectrum, including:
* Progressive pianist Robert Glasper;
* Jazz trumpeter Sean Jones;
* African vocal superstar Angelique Kidjo;
* Swiss harmonica master Gregoire Maret;
* Soul singer/guitarist Raul Midón;
* Hop hop/jazz pioneer q-tip;
* Trumpeter Wallace Roney (heir miles');
* Drummer Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson (leader of the "late night with Jimmy Fallon" show house band the roots);
* Taiko drummer/bamboo flute player Kaoru Watanabe;
* Drummer Vince Wilburn (miles' Newphew);
* Drummer Louis Cato;
* Saxophonist Alex Han; and
